Raw material selection
The raw materials are all from the major listed spinning mills in Taiwan, and the quality is stable.
Dyeing and finishing
The cooperating dyeing and finishing factories are all certified by Oeko-Tex and have complete wastewater treatment equipment.
Design weaving
There are pattern design and file conversion program personnel in the factory, and there is no design or drawing outsourcing part. The weaving part is woven in our factory without any outsourcing.
Heat setting anti-slip machine
The factory has a large heat-setting anti-slip machine with a production capacity of 200,000 pairs/month.
Packaging inspection
Packed in the factory, and there are special quality inspection personnel, which will greatly reduce the problem of defects.
R&D innovation capability
Every year, 1~3 new product series are launched, which can greatly improve the customer's product innovation ability and market share in the market.
